Instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Bangla Tune, Hindi Tunes, Islamic Tune, Nepali Tunes, Top Tunes, Pak Tunes Lanka Tune and Arabic Tune account and have all your personal information removed from our servers, please submit a deletion request via email:

Information to Include in Your Email

  1. Email Subject: "User Data Deletion Request"
  2. Registered Email: The email address you used to register/log in.
  3. Account Identifier: Your Username or User ID (if available).
  4. App Name: Name of the app.

What Data Gets Deleted?

Data Category Action Taken
Profile & Account Info (Name, Email, Avatar) Permanently deleted within 30 days.
App Preferences & Playlists Permanently removed from database.
Analytical & Diagnostic Logs Anonymized or automatically purged.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive and verify your request, your account and associated data will be completely deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation reply once the process is complete.
